The Jade Gollum Crassula is a species of succulent plant that is native to the Chihuahuan Desert in Mexico. The Jade Gollum Crassula was first discovered in 1939 and was named after J.R.R. Tolkiens character, Gollum, in reference to the curvy leaves and succulent stems of the plant. The Jade Gollum Crassula is unusual for succulents in that it has a tuberous root system that helps it to survive drought conditions. The Jade Gollum Crassula grows to be up to three feet tall and has leaves that are around eight inches wide. The succulent stem is also around an inch thick and has small bumps on it that give it a characteristic jagged appearance. The leaves are a green color on top and a deep green color underneath, with small white spots dotting the surface of the leaves. The flowers of the Jade Gollum Crassula are white and have five petals that curve towards each other at the tip. The Jade Gollum Crassula is currently only found in one location in Mexico, but there is hope that it may be found elsewhere as its popularity among
