Refund and Returns

Replacements and Store Credits are issued at our discretion and may be refused by The Snobby Leaf/Horticode at any time. Upon receipt of your order, please inspect it right away and contact us with pictures immediately if the plant(s) is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.   If you feel there is a problem, please contact us within 2 days of delivery so that we can process your request.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept requests after 2 days.

We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  • Extreme and unseasonable weather conditions.
  • Neglect to appropriately water, feed, pot, prepare the soil, or site your plant.
  • Death or damage from hungry animals, insects, or pets
  • Inappropriate climate zone

Please note, a broken stem or leaf will not affect the health of the plant, but please don’t hesitate to contact us if you are concerned.

To start a case, email us directly at TheSnobbyLeaf@outlook.com.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your submission, and let you know if the request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded in the form of a store credit or in the case of “facebook purge sales”, we will issue a replacement plant if one is available.  Please remember it can take some time for us to review your case and approve your refund.

Cash Value Refunds

Refunds are issued in the form of Replacements or Store Credits only.  No cash value is refunded or given.
